Your infrastructure in the Microsoft cloud, without complexity or unpleasant surprises
Azure is a cloud platform with tremendous power. Between migrating your servers, deploying cloud desktops, setting up a resilient backup, and automating your business processes — Delphisoft translates this complexity into clear projects, delivered on time and on budget.

Innovate and secure your business with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
Adopting Microsoft Azure isn't just about outsourcing your physical servers. It's an opportunity to rethink your infrastructure to make it more agile, resilient, and scalable. Whether it's to deploy secure collaborative workspaces (AVD), guarantee business continuity with proven disaster recovery plans (DRP), or modernize your applications, the Azure cloud offers a catalog of cutting-edge services to support your transformation.
At Delphisoft, we design custom cloud architectures tailored precisely to the operational and hybrid connectivity needs of Swiss SMEs. By combining our extensive industry expertise and Microsoft's cloud infrastructure solutions, we create stable, secure, and scalable environments that maximize your technological investments.
According to a Forrester Total Economic Impact (TEI) study, migrating to Azure virtualization and infrastructure solutions generates an average ROI of 210% over 3 years.
According to Gartner, the vast majority of organizations will adopt a hybrid infrastructure, combining on-premise servers and cloud services to blend flexibility, security, and performance.
Forrester analysis shows that operational automation and unified hybrid management in Azure provide an average operational efficiency gain of 30% for administrators.
Our Azure Expertise
We don't try to do everything. We master the Azure workloads that have the most impact on SMEs and that require solid expertise to deploy correctly.
Infrastructure Migration to Azure
Do you have physical or virtual on-premise servers reaching their end of life or becoming costly to maintain? We design and execute the migration of your infrastructure to Azure IaaS — with an architecture sized exactly right, not to the maximum.
- Assessment of existing infrastructure (Azure Migrate)
- Target architecture design (Landing Zone)
- Migration of VMs, file servers, and databases
- Securing access and virtual networks (NSG, Bastion)
- Performance testing and post-migration optimization
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Put an end to on-premise Remote Desktop Services issues, allow your employees to work from any device, and centralize the management of your desktops in Azure — with significantly better security and user experience.
- AVD architecture design (Single / Multi-session)
- Creation of host pools and master images
- Integration with Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365
- Cost optimization (auto-scaling, scheduled start/stop)
- Migration from an existing on-premise RDS or Citrix
Backup & Disaster Recovery
An untested backup is worthless. We design your data protection strategy with Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery — and validate it with real, documented restoration tests, not just screenshots of successful jobs.
- Audit of the existing backup strategy
- Deployment of Azure Backup (VMs, servers, databases)
- Disaster recovery plan with Azure Site Recovery (defined RTO/RPO)
- Documented and scheduled restoration tests
- Backup compliance reporting
Azure Network & Hybrid Connectivity
A poorly designed network architecture in Azure is both a security risk and a source of latency. We design your virtual networks, secure your data flows, and establish a reliable, secure connection between your site and Azure.
- Design of Virtual Networks, subnets, and NSGs
- Site-to-site and point-to-site VPN Gateways
- Azure Virtual WAN for multi-site architectures
- Azure Firewall and secure traffic routing
- Private DNS and hybrid name resolution
FinOps & Azure Cost Optimization
Do your Azure expenses seem opaque or growing uncontrollably? FinOps isn't a discipline reserved for large enterprises. We analyze your consumption and implement concrete measures to reduce your bill without degrading performance.
- Analysis of Azure consumption with Microsoft Cost Management
- Rightsizing of underutilized resources
- Reserved Instances and savings plans
- Tags and budgets with automatic alerts
- Monthly FinOps dashboard and continuous recommendations
Automation & Integration with Azure
Azure isn't just an infrastructure platform. Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Automate allow you to automate your business processes, integrate your applications, and connect your systems without heavy development. We design and deploy these automations for your organization.
- Mapping and automation of your business workflows (Logic Apps)
- Integration between your applications and Microsoft 365
- Azure Functions for event-driven processing
- Power Automate for user-level automation
- Connectors to your ERPs, CRMs, and third-party systems
"We pay for Azure, but we don't really know why."
That's the phrase we hear most often. The Microsoft cloud is billed based on consumption — without monitoring, costs spiral. We systematically integrate a FinOps approach into every Azure project we do: cost-conscious architecture design, alerts and budgets from deployment day, and cost reviews at every stage.
Every component chosen is justified by its price-to-performance ratio. We avoid systematic over-provisioning.
No one discovers a nasty surprise on their Azure bill. Alert thresholds are configured even before deployment.
As soon as your workload is stable, we activate Reserved Instances to reduce the bill by up to 40%.
Our Project Method
Every Azure project is different. However, our approach is always structured the same way to ensure predictability, quality, and transparency.
Discovery & Assessment
Analysis of your existing infrastructure, technical and business constraints, and budget. Use of Azure Migrate for infrastructure discoveries. Deliverable: assessment report with architecture recommendation.
Architecture & Pricing
Design of the target architecture using the Azure Architecture Center as a reference. Estimation of recurring Azure costs via the Azure Pricing Calculator. Presentation and validation with your team before any deployment.
Phased Deployment
Staged deployment with infrastructure-as-code (Bicep / Terraform) for reproducibility. Each phase includes validation criteria and a documented rollback plan. Load testing before switchover.
Handover & Training
Complete documentation of the deployed architecture, administration procedures, and escalation contacts. Training of your internal teams. Your teams walk away with the keys, not with a dependency.
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions our clients ask before launching an Azure project with Delphisoft.
Is Azure suitable for an SME of 20 to 200 people?
Absolutely. Azure is modular and scales to the size of your organization. What changes is the project scope and the budget — not the relevance of the platform. We have deployed Azure architectures for teams of 15 as well as for organizations of 300 people, with very different approaches and budgets.
Can we migrate gradually without switching everything at once?
That is actually our systematic recommendation. A total "lift and shift" migration over a single weekend is the best way to invite incidents. We always plan migrations by workloads, with hybrid coexistence during the transition. Some clients have spread their migration over 12 months to minimize risks and smooth out investments.
Who manages the Azure environment after the project?
We focus on design and deployment projects. At the end of each project, your internal teams (or your usual IT provider) receive the complete documentation to administer the environment. If you do not have an internal resource, we can recommend post-project support options on a case-by-case basis.
What is the difference between Azure and Microsoft 365 in your offering?
Microsoft 365 is the office and collaboration platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office). Azure is the cloud platform for infrastructure, applications, and automation. The two are complementary and integrate natively — Entra ID is the common link between the two. We cover both areas, allowing us to provide a holistic view of your Microsoft environment.
How do you estimate Azure costs before starting?
We use the Azure Pricing Calculator and, for migrations, Azure Migrate to discover and size target resources. We provide you with an estimate of the monthly Azure bill with high and low ranges before any deployment. Our integrated FinOps approach ensures that these estimates are tracked and respected.
Let's discuss your Azure project
Whether you have a defined project or simply want to understand what Azure can bring to your organization — we are here to guide you.
